St. Michael’s is the small friendly church on the corner. There is a lot going on at our church, and you would be most welcome to come and see us. We are an Anglican church in the Anglican Church of Canada. (see the article about Anglicanism) We enjoy worshiping God together on Sunday mornings at 10:00 during the summer month. We sing with great joy; the children learn lots in Sunday School and have a great time and we almost always have a time of food and fellowship after the service. Both of these services come out the traditional Anglican Prayer book called the Book of Common Prayer.
There are lots of other activities as well. We meet together to eat out and in, play games, study the Bible, take field trips to interesting places in our community, run a food bank, yearly bake sales, have children crafts and worship days, have a book club and various other activities. We are also starting up a new men’s group and a youth group.
Who are we at St. Michael’s?
Quite simply we are followers of Jesus Christ according to the Anglican Way.
